NOSIOLA

Nosiola is the only native white grape variety in Trentino. Grown along the Sarca River—at the crossroads between the Dolomites and a sub-Mediterranean climate this setting gives to Nosiola the characteristic aromatic freshness and minerality that have always defined the winemaking tradition of the North Garda region.

Colour: pale straw yellow, bright and transparent, with slight greenish hues
Palate: dry and fresh, supported by good savory notes and well-integrated acidity. The structure is slender yet balanced, with a finish evoking almonds and hazelnuts, a characteristic element of the grape variety.
